About this policy

This policy explains what information the iPhone app “Popo Panda: Card & Board Games” (the “App”) and this website handle, and how.

1. Information we collect

None. The App does not obtain your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or anything similar. There is no account registration, and we do not collect usage statistics (analytics). The App shows no ads.

2. What is saved on your device

The App saves your play and win counts, the pictures you earned in the album, a game of Reversi in progress (so you can continue it), the game you played last, and your settings (how-to-play, hints, sound and vibration) on your iPhone only. We cannot see any of it.

Depending on your iPhone settings, these records may be included in standard backups to iCloud or a computer. Backups are stored by Apple’s own system, and we cannot see them.

You can erase the records on this iPhone with Settings → About this app → Erase my records, or by deleting the App. (Copies in backups are not erased.)

3. Network use

The games and the saving of your records do not use the internet. Popo’s moves are also worked out inside your iPhone. Your records are never sent out.

4. Information handled by Apple

If “Share With App Developers” is turned on in your iPhone settings (Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements), records such as crash reports from when the App quit unexpectedly may reach us through Apple. This is part of how iPhone works, and we use it only to fix bugs.

5. This website

This website is published on a general hosting service, which keeps access logs as server operation records. We do not use them to identify individuals or for analysis.

6. Changes

If we change this policy, we will announce it on this page.
